Role Overview:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented client relationship executive with over 2+ years of experience to join our team. This role primarily involves managing client inquiries, maintaining accurate records of all interactions, and efficiently scheduling appointments and follow-ups.
You will play a pivotal role in fostering strategic collaborations, driving sectoral engagement, and ensuring high-value outcomes for our clients and partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Reach out to potential clients to provide information, answer questions, and generate interest in our couple counselling.
Clearly explain counseling options, session formats, and pricing to interested individuals.
Assist clients in scheduling counseling sessions and booking appointments with therapists.
Build rapport and engage people through warm, empathetic, and professional conversations.
Encourage individuals to take the next step, such as joining a webinar or booking a consultation.
Follow up with registered webinar participants via calls, WhatsApp, and email.
Accurately update and maintain records in the CRM system.
Coordinate appointments and follow-ups to ensure a smooth and positive experience for clients.
Address client concerns promptly and provide clear, helpful information about our counselling options.
Help develop meaningful, long-term relationships with clients.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline
B.Sc. degree will be an advantage
Strong communication, presentation, convincing, and negotiation skills
Proven ability to build networks and maintain professional relationships across sectors
Strategic mindset with strong execution capabilities and problem-solving skills
Excellent organisational skills, with keen attention to detail and adherence to timelines

10:00 AM - 7:00 PM, Monday to Saturday
