The Client Relationship Executive (CRE) will be responsible for managing end-to-end client operations, ensuring smooth coordination between the client and the internal technical team. This role requires excellent communication skills, strong operational understanding, and the ability to handle client requirements efficiently. The CRE will also be accountable for data management, Excel reporting, and supporting team coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Client Coordination & Communication
Act as the primary Point of Contact (POC) between clients and internal technical teams.
Understand client needs, communicate requirements accurately, and ensure timely resolution of issues.
Manage end-to-end client cycles, from onboarding to delivery and ongoing support.
Maintain strong, professional relationships with clients and ensure high satisfaction levels.
Operations & Workflow Management
Oversee daily operational processes and ensure smooth execution.
Track progress of client requests, follow up with teams, and ensure timely completion.
Identify operational gaps and collaborate with teams to streamline processes.
Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, requirements, and updates.
Data Handling & Reporting
Create, update, and maintain operational data, reports, and dashboards using Excel/Google Sheets.
Use advanced Excel tools to prepare accurate reports.
Analyze data to identify trends, performance gaps, and improvement opportunities.
Team Coordination & Support
Work closely with internal teams to ensure tasks are completed as per client expectations.
Coordinate with cross-functional teams for updates, escalations, and timely delivery.
Provide support in team management and workflow alignment as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in any discipline (preferred: Business, Operations, IT, or related fields).
1-3 years of experience in client servicing, operations, or coordination roles.
Strong proficiency in MS Excel / Google Sheets (pivot tables, formulas, reports).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple client requests simultaneously.
Ability to work independently, take ownership, and maintain professionalism.
