In this job, you will:

Be the main point of contact for our clients. Make sure our clients are happy with our products and services. Find ways to help clients even more, like suggesting new products that fit their needs. Quickly and professionally handle any issues or questions clients have. Work with our sales, marketing, and product teams to make sure our clients are getting the best service. Keep good records of your client interactions.

We're looking for someone who:

Is an excellent communicator and a good listener. Is great at solving problems and staying organized. Is comfortable using computer programs like a customer management system (CRM). Loves helping people and building strong, lasting relationships.
