Project Coordination: Help coordinate projects related to client accounts, ensuring deadlines are met.
Documentation: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and project status.
Direct Support: Act as a strong support system to the CRM, taking initiative and ownership of tasks proactively.
