About the Role

We are looking for a motivated

Client Relationship Executive

with experience in

customer service or sales

to communicate and build lasting relationships with our Australian clients. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, confidence over calls, and the ability to achieve client satisfaction while driving sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

Handle outbound and inbound calls with Australian clients in a professional manner. Communicate company services effectively and persuasively. Build, maintain, and strengthen client relationships. Understand client needs and recommend suitable solutions. Address client queries with accurate and timely information. Maintain call records, client databases, and follow-ups. Meet daily/weekly performance and sales targets.

Requirements

6 months - 1 year of experience in

customer service or sales

(international calling preferred). Excellent verbal communication skills in English. Strong listening, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities. Willingness to work flexible shifts (aligned with Australian time zone). Basic computer knowledge (MS Office/CRM tools).
