Key Responsibilities

Client Management:

Develop and maintain long-term, positive relationships with clients, serving as the main point of contact for their needs and concerns.

Problem Resolution:

Promptly address client inquiries, complaints, and issues, working with internal departments to find effective solutions.

Strategic Sales & Growth:

Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling products and services, and to develop strategies for client retention.

Customer Experience:

Analyze customer data and feedback to identify trends, improve customer satisfaction, and provide personalized support and solutions.

Internal Collaboration:

Work closely with other departments, such as sales, marketing, and product development, to ensure client needs are met and to optimize the overall customer journey.

Performance Monitoring:

Generate reports on client feedback and business performance, and ensure compliance with company policies
