As we expand our client base, we are looking for a dynamic and proactive

Client Relationship Associate

to join our team and help build lasting relationships with business customers.

Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for business clients and partners. Coordinate with internal teams (design, production, logistics) to ensure client requirements are met on time. Understand client needs, provide product recommendations, and manage orders smoothly. Maintain long-term relationships and ensure client satisfaction and retention. Schedule and attend client meetings (virtual or in-person) and prepare follow-ups. Resolve client issues with a solution-oriented mindset. Track client feedback to contribute to service and product improvements.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related field.
