Job Title: Client Success Executive - IT Solutions (3-5 Years Experience)

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Client Success Executive with 3-5 years of experience in managing client relationships for IT projects. This role is critical in ensuring end-to-end client communication--from onboarding to successful project delivery and after-sales support. The ideal candidate will lead a support team of 10, handle client queries and escalations, and maintain strong relationships to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the complete client lifecycle: onboarding, project execution, delivery, and post-delivery support.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring timely and effective communication.
Build trust-based relationships with clients to drive long-term business value.
Coordinate with internal departments (development, support, and product) to ensure seamless execution.
Lead and mentor a support team of 10 members to maintain service excellence.
Handle escalations independently, ensuring prompt resolution of client issues.
Generate and manage MIS reports and data insights using Excel to track progress, client engagement, and team performance.
Communicate client feedback and expectations to internal teams for continuous improvement.
Understand and articulate VCQRU's anti-counterfeit and loyalty solutions to clients, aligning offerings with their needs.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
3-5 years of proven experience in client servicing, project coordination, or account management--preferably in an IT or tech solutions environment.
Experience working on mobile application projects or similar digital/technology-based solutions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and the ability to create meaningful MIS reports.
Ability to manage and lead a support/service team effectively.
Capable of handling escalations and resolving issues at their level.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, IT, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications:
Prior experience with anti-counterfeit technology, loyalty solutions, or SaaS platforms is a plus.
Familiarity with project management tools or CRM systems.
