Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced
Client Relationship Manager (CRM)
with
2-5+ years of experience
working with CRM software such as
Zoho CRM
(mandatory). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing client engagement, retention, and overall client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Handle client inquiries, complaints, and feedback through phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.
Answer incoming client calls promptly while maintaining a high standard of service.
Manage multiple incoming calls efficiently to minimize client wait times.
Accurately document all client interactions in the CRM system.
Maintain detailed records of client interactions, issues raised, solutions provided, and follow-up actions taken.
Investigate and resolve client issues while ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
Escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams for further investigation and resolution.
Stay up to date with company policies, products, and procedures to provide accurate information to clients.
Required Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities with keen attention to detail.
Ability to remain calm, professional, and courteous under pressure.
Strong conflict management and client-handling skills.
