Job Summary: Dev Opus Pvt Ltd is seeking a dynamic and client-focused individual to join our team as a Client Relationship Executive. This role involves managing client relationships, overseeing project operations, and ensuring smooth service delivery. The ideal candidate should have a passion for branding and communication, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and creative environment.

Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining regular communication and addressing their inquiries, concerns, and requests. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their brand objectives, and collaborating to develop effective communication strategies. Coordinate project timelines, deliverables, and resources to ensure smooth project execution and on-time delivery. Collaborate with internal teams, including creative, design, and content teams, to develop and deliver high-quality branding and communication solutions. Provide proactive support to clients by understanding their needs, anticipating challenges, and offering strategic recommendations to drive brand success. Gather client feedback and conduct periodic reviews to assess client satisfaction, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies for client retention. Prepare project proposals, presentations, and reports, ensuring accuracy, quality, and adherence to client requirements. Manage project budgets and financials, tracking expenses, and ensuring profitability. Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and market insights to provide clients with relevant recommendations and maintain a competitive edge. Collaborate with the business development team to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities and support new client acquisition.
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business administration, or a related field. Relevant certifications or equivalent experience will also be considered. Proven experience in client servicing, account management, or a similar role within a branding or communication agency. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with clients and internal teams. Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple projects and priorities simultaneously. A passion for branding, communication, and creative problem-solving. Familiarity with branding and communication concepts, strategies, and processes. Proficiency in using project management tools, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and other relevant tools to manage client interactions, track progress, and maintain accurate records. Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to translate client requirements into actionable plans. Proactive and self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team-oriented environment. Flexibility to adapt to changing client needs and project requirements.
