- Generating new leads & develop a relationship with new BDE of brands using social media websites ie. LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and website.
- Stay in touch with existing customers and generate new leads.
- Understanding and addressing the individual needs of key customers.
- Coordinate with FE to find the best property for a client.
- Prepare documents with required details about the property and share them with the client.
- Maintaining regular contact with customers, managing leads, and converting leads into LOI.
- Keeping customers updated on the latest profitable properties to increase sales.
- Represent Company with professionalism and uphold the company's values.
