Email Marketing & Automation
Run personalized email campaigns using tools like

, and other marketing platforms.
Monitor campaign performance, open rates, and conversion metrics, and refine targeting and messaging accordingly.
Cold Calling & Client Communication
Make outbound international calls, especially to US-based prospects.
Communicate fluently and confidently in English, effectively presenting the company's services and value proposition.
Handle objections and queries tactfully and professionally.
Excel Reporting & Data Management
Use Excel extensively for maintaining lead trackers, campaign performance, and reports.
Apply formulas like
VLOOKUP, Sum, IF, Pivot Tables
, and more to analyze and report data accurately.
CRM Management & Documentation
Keep CRM systems updated with lead status, communication logs, and follow-up actions.
Prepare and manage client proposals, meeting notes, and internal documentation.
Client Engagement & Meeting Coordination
Schedule Zoho/Google Meet calls between clients and internal leadership.
Maintain regular follow-ups to ensure consistent engagement and progression in the sales funnel.
Market Research & Insights
Stay updated with trends in the accounting industry, client preferences, and competitor offerings.
Share actionable insights with internal teams for refining business strategy and outreach.
Cross-Team Collaboration
Work closely with marketing, recruitment, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and smooth client onboarding.
Contribute to weekly team meetings and sales performance reviews.
