Key Responsibilities:

? Engage with potential leads via calls, emails, and chats to understand their requirements

? Convert inbound and outbound leads into paying clients through effective communication and persuasion

? Explain company services clearly and professionally

? Maintain long-term relationships with existing clients for cross-selling and up-selling

? Use CRM tools to track leads, manage client follow-ups, and maintain data accuracy

? Coordinate internally with operations teams for smooth client onboarding and support

? Meet monthly conversion targets and contribute to business growth

Required Skills:

? 1-3 years of hands-on experience in sales, client handling, or business development

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills (strong command of email etiquette

is a must)

? Strong sales acumen and client-first attitude

? Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable with KPIs and sales targets

? Good working knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

? Comfortable with a sales-focused profile and confident in client interactions

Preferred Qualification:

? MBA / BBA graduates with specialization in Marketing, Finance, or Business

Administration

? Experience in compliance, financial services, legal tech, or B2B service-based companies

is a plus

? Candidates based in Ahmedabad or nearby locations are highly preferred
