The CRE will be responsible for onboarding new dealers, maintaining strong customer relationships, and driving sales of new products in the assigned region for the 2-Wheeler (2W) business.
Key Responsibilities:
? Dealer Onboarding: Identify, approach, and onboard new dealers in the assigned territory.
? Customer Relationship: Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing customers and dealers.
? Sales of New Products: Actively promote and sell new products to customers and channel partners.
? Support & Coordination: Address customer queries, resolve issues, and ensure smooth coordination with internal teams.
? Market Awareness: Gather feedback on customer needs, competitor activities, and market trends.
? Reporting: Maintain updated records of dealers, customers, and sales activities in CRM / reporting tools.

? Strong communication & interpersonal skills
? Ability to build trust and long-term relationships
? Sales-oriented mindset with negotiation skills
? Problem-solving and customer service approach
? Proficiency in MS Office & Google Sheets
? Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned region
Qualification & Experience:
? Graduate in any discipline (MBA preferred but not mandatory)
? 1-3 years of experience in dealer management, customer relationship, or sales (preferably in Automobile / EV / 2W sector)
? Regional language proficiency will be an added advantage
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹400,000.00 - ₹700,000.00 per year
