Job Summary:

Client Relations Executive is responsible for handling customers, making cold calls and follow up calls and become a part of the business development activities of the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

Responsible for the business development activities. Sustain the business through keeping good relationships with Customers Taking Appointments for the Marketing team Responsible for making cold calls for Chams to the target people for introducing the packages and products Responsibility to take care of the clients of Chams at its best service Responsible for preparing the database for all the enquiries Responsible for converting the clients as customers Give proper sales and marketing updates to the reporting officer as per the requirement

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Strong organizational and multitasking skills with a keen attention to detail. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with advertising industry trends and terminology is a plus
