Key Responsibilities
Clearly and professionally explain the company's projects, services, and value propositions.
Understand client requirements and effectively communicate with the clients.
Generate, qualify, and nurture leads while maintaining consistent follow-up with interested prospects.
Convert qualified leads into customers through proactive engagement and relationship building.
Schedule and coordinate meetings and site visits for the sales, design and project teams.
Maintain and update customer databases, call logs, and CRM records accurately.
Collaborate closely with the sales and design teams to ensure smooth client communication and project updates.
Meet and exceed daily/ weekly/ monthly call, follow-ups, and lead targets.
Manage the sales pipeline in CRM to ensure timely closures and proper tracking.
Provide actionable feedback and insights to help improve sales and marketing strategies.
Achieve monthly sales and lead generation targets as defined by management.
Prepare and present regular reports on marketing activities, client feedback, and conversion performance.
What We're Looking For
Female candidates preferred.
1-3 years of experience in Customer Relations, Telesales, or Inside Sales (experience in Construction, Interiors, Real Estate, or Insurance sales is preferred).
Freshers with excellent communication skills are also welcome.
Strong communication skills in Malayalam (English proficiency is a plus).
Consultative, customer-first sales approach.
Target-driven with a high ownership mindset.
