We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Backend Sales Executive to support our outdoor advertising sales team. The role involves handling client coordination, preparing proposals, maintaining records, following up on leads, and ensuring smooth execution of campaigns. The ideal candidate should have strong communication, organizational, and analytical skills to strengthen the sales process from the backend.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the sales team in preparing quotations, proposals, and presentations for clients.
Coordinate with clients over email/phone regarding inquiries, requirements, and campaign updates.
Maintain and update the customer database, leads, and pipeline on CRM/Excel.
Support field sales executives with backend documentation, agreements, and reports.
Prepare sales MIS reports, track performance, and analyze campaign data.
Ensure timely follow-up with clients for payments, renewals, and feedback.
Liaise with the operations team to ensure smooth execution of advertising campaigns.
Research potential clients, industries, and competitors to support business development.
Provide administrative support to the sales department to achieve targets.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
1-3 years of experience in backend sales support, preferably in media/advertising.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and CRM tools.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Attention to detail with problem-solving mindset.
Ability to work in a team and meet deadlines.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
