Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and customer-focused Client Relationship Executive to support client acquisition and retention activities. The ideal candidate must have strong communication skills and the ability to build long-term business relationships. Experience in logistics will be an added advantage.

Key Responsibilities



Make outbound calls to

new clients

and re-engage with

lost/inactive clients

Maintain strong relationships with existing customers to ensure satisfaction Understand client needs and offer the best solutions/services Maintain client database and update records regularly Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery Achieve monthly targets related to client onboarding and retention Handle inquiries and resolve client concerns professionally

Required Skills & Qualifications



Minimum

2 years of experience

in client handling / customer relationship role

Logistics industry experience

preferred (added advantage) Excellent verbal and written communication skills Strong negotiation and interpersonal abilities Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools preferred) Ability to work independently with a positive attitude
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
