Job Responsibilities:



Handle existing and new clients professionally. Call clients on the data provided by the company. Extract required information from clients through calls. Explain company services clearly to clients. Maintain proper records of client conversations and follow-ups. Coordinate with internal team for smooth client communication. Build long-term relationships with clients. Achieve daily/weekly calling and coordination targets.

Requirements:



Minimum

2 years of experience

in client handling or calling profile. Excellent communication skills in

English and Hindi

. Confident, polite, and professional calling skills. Ability to understand client requirements. Basic knowledge of CRM or Excel is a plus. Good listening and convincing skills. Self-motivated and result-oriented.

Preferred Candidate:



Experience in IT / Digital Marketing / Service-based company. Immediate joiner preferred.

Salary:



As per industry standards (Based on experience)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

Pay: ₹9,422.19 - ₹20,000.00 per month
