Job Overview

Phitany is seeking a talented and highly motivated client relationship excutive to serve as the primary point of contact for our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, exceptional client relationship skills, and the ability to manage and optimise social media pages, Google Ad accounts, and PPC advertising campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as the main point of contact for clients, building and maintaining strong client relationships. Understand clients' business goals and develop digital marketing strategies to achieve them. Manage and optimize clients' social media pages, including content creation, posting schedules, and engagement strategies. Oversee Google Ad accounts, including campaign setup, monitoring, optimization, and reporting. Plan, create, and manage PPC advertising campaigns across various platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of campaigns. Monitor and analyze campaign performance data, identify trends, and provide data-driven recommendations for improvements. Prepare and present regular performance reports to clients, highlighting key insights and campaign results. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in digital marketing.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field. 1-2 years of proven experience in managing digital marketing and account management. Proficiency in social media management, Google Ads, and PPC advertising. Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions. Excellent communication and client management skills. A proactive and results-driven mindset, with a focus on achieving client objectives.
