Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical

CRM Operations Executive

to manage and optimize customer data across CRM platforms. This role is focused on ensuring data accuracy, generating actionable insights, and supporting internal stakeholders through efficient CRM processes.

The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with CRM tools and a strong interest in CRM operations, reporting, and data-driven customer engagement within a structured and growth-oriented organization.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and update CRM systems, ensuring high standards of data accuracy and integrity Monitor and analyze customer interactions to identify trends and improvement areas Generate and share periodic CRM reports with actionable insights for internal teams Collaborate with sales, marketing, and operations teams to streamline CRM workflows Support dashboard creation, customer segmentation, and campaign performance analysis Conduct regular CRM data audits to ensure consistency, compliance, and quality Troubleshoot CRM-related issues and provide operational support to internal users Maintain proper documentation and ensure adherence to CRM data management standards

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field 1-2 years of hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot, or similar tools Strong proficiency in MS Excel or Google Sheets for reporting and analysis Working knowledge of CRM reporting, dashboards, and customer data management Basic knowledge of SQL or BI tools (Power BI / Tableau) is an added advantage Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail Good communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
