As part of strengthening our client experience and internal delivery systems, LKB is launching a structured Client Relationship Engineer - Training Programme. This role is designed for
civil engineering freshers
who want
real-world exposure
across the
entire construction project lifecycle
--from client booking to final handover.
Unlike single-function roles, this position provides structured learning across
client management, project coordination, interiors, documentation, and digital project systems (Zoho ecosystem)
Handle clients from booking advance stage onwards.
Understand and document client requirements related to:
Interior works
Extra works
Customisations
Coordinate between sales, site engineers, interior team, finance, and legal departments.
Maintain professional communication with clients via email and WhatsApp.
Share regular work progress updates using photos and videos.
Digital Project Management
Use
Zoho Projects
for task tracking, milestones, and documentation.
Gain basic exposure to
Zoho CRM
and
Zoho Books
.
Follow structured document storage and work-drive standards.
Learn SOP-driven, process-based working methods.
Architectural & Interior Coordination
Assist in apartment and villa architectural planning.
Support interior layout planning and client customisations.
Coordinate interior design activities including:
Concept discussions
BOQ preparation
Interior agreement coordination
Monitor interior execution with site engineers.
Act as the main client coordination point during interior finalisation.
Legal, Loan & Documentation Support
Coordinate housing loan documentation with banks.
Assist in sale agreement and interior agreement processes.
Support sale deed preparation and registration coordination.
Assist in joint inspections and structured handover procedures.
Technical Exposure (Based on Performance)
High-performing trainees may receive exposure to:

Education:
B.Tech in Civil Engineering
Diploma in Civil Engineering
Experience:
