Key Responsibilities
Act as the main point of contact for a portfolio of clients, establishing and maintaining strong, long-term relationships.
Build a thorough understanding of clients' business objectives, challenges, and needs, and advise accordingly.
Handle both inbound and outbound communications (calls, emails, web chats) with existing clients and prospective leads.
Provide detailed information about our services, particularly free counseling offerings, and schedule appointments for interested clients.
Track client engagement, preferences, and feedback to recognize patterns and recommend service enhancements.
Deliver exemplary customer service by promptly addressing and resolving client concerns or issues.
Meet monthly targets related to client engagement and sign-ups through consultative and persuasive communication (note: this is
not
a direct sales role--focus is on enrollment, not hard-selling).
Prepare and maintain daily reports on client interactions, lead generation, conversions, and other key metrics.
Maintain detailed and organized records of all client communications and status updates
Qualifications & Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of international voice process experience
, preferably in a US-based sales or customer service environment.
At least
1 year of experience in US sales or client service processes
is highly preferred.
Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information clearly and professionally.
Prior exposure to cold calling, lead generation, or client acquisition is an advantage.
Proficiency in basic computer applications, including MS Word, Excel, and CRM tools.
Willingness to work night shifts from the office.
