Client Relationship Coordinator
to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling leads, conducting initial client screening, scheduling appointments, and ensuring timely follow-ups to support the sales and counseling team.
Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to leads and prospective clients
Conduct initial screening to understand client requirements
Schedule appointments for counselors and sales executives
Follow up with interested leads to maintain engagement
Update and maintain call records and client information
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client handling
Requirements:
Minimum
1-2 years of experience
in tele calling or sales support
Good English communication skills
(verbal)
Ability to handle client conversations professionally and confidently
Basic knowledge of CRM or lead management systems is a plus
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ?18,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
