Job Title: Client Relationship & Business Development Executive (Experienced)

We are seeking an experienced and proactive professional to manage and grow relationships with existing clients, re-engage past clients , and drive new business opportunities. This hybrid role combines Client Relationship Management, Business Development, and Sales functions.
Key Responsibilities:
Reconnect with previous clients and identify new project opportunities.
Maintain strong, long-term relationships with existing clients.
Upsell and cross-sell relevant services to generate repeat business.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client needs are met.
Track client interactions and opportunities using CRM tools.
Identify market trends and provide strategic input to enhance service offerings.
Requirements:
3+ years of experience in CRM, Business Development, or Sales.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Self-driven, target-oriented, and able to handle multiple tasks.
