Key Responsibilities
1. Client Handling & Communication
Attend all incoming calls and route them to concerned teams
Respond to client messages on WhatsApp, email, and phone
Maintain polite and professional communication at all times
Coordinate client meetings and appointments
Follow up with clients regarding documents, meetings, and updates
2. Client Retention Support
Maintain regular touch with existing clients
Collect client feedback after meetings/services
Ensure timely reminders and follow-ups
Build positive relationships with repeat clients
3. Client Acquisition Support
Assist in first-level interaction with new enquiries
Record leads and maintain enquiry tracker
Coordinate introductory meetings with concerned team
Support marketing or outreach activities when required
4. Administrative Support
Maintain call logs and client database
Coordinate with internal teams
Basic office coordination work
Manage appointments calendar
Required Skills
Excellent communication in
Hindi & English
(local language added if required)
Polite, confident and presentable personality
Ability to handle clients calmly and professionally
Good follow-up skills
Basic knowledge of WhatsApp, Email, MS Word & Excel
Multitasking ability
Experience Required
1-3 years experience in:
Client handling
Front office
Customer service
Sales coordination
Tele-calling / relationship role
Legal background is NOT required
Qualification
Graduate in any stream (preferred)
12th pass with good experience can also apply
