Role Overview
We are seeking a
Client Relationship Associate
to drive mutual fund sales, acquire new clients, manage existing relationships, and support portfolio reviews. This role is ideal for professionals with
1-5 years of experience in finance or mutual fund sales
who are confident, result-oriented, and growth-driven.
Only candidates who are confident in selling mutual funds and able to travel daily to Mira Road for work should apply.
Key Responsibilities & Candidate Profile
Acquire new clients and expand the customer base through proactive outreach.
Drive mutual fund sales by identifying client investment needs and recommending SIPs and lump-sum investments, focusing on
increasing purchases and minimizing redemptions
.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to maximize retention, referrals, and repeat investments.
Conduct portfolio reviews and provide performance insights and investment recommendations
after discussion with senior management
.
Manage client communications via calls, WhatsApp, canvassing, and personal engagement.
Track leads, follow-ups, and sales for accurate reporting.
Ensure compliance with KYC, account updates, and transaction accuracy.
Education:
Graduate in Finance, Business, Marketing, or related field.
Skills:
Strong interpersonal and verbal communication, sales aptitude, and client engagement.
Language:
Fluent in English.
