About the Role :



We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Client Relationship Assistant Manager to join our Bangalore office. The ideal candidate will come from a strong sales background, possess excellent relationship management skills, and have a proven track record of achieving sales targets. This role will focus on onboarding clients onto our trading platform, selling investment schemes, and driving revenue growth while ensuring excellent client engagement and satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities



Build and manage strong client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust. Promote and sell our trading platform schemes that deliver a guaranteed 40% annual return. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets through client acquisition and retention. Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product demos to convert prospects into long-term investors. Understand customer needs, provide tailored solutions, and address queries to close deals effectively. Work closely with the Assistant Director and Senior Management to align sales strategies with business goals. Track sales performance, prepare reports, and provide insights on market opportunities and client behavior. Maintain compliance with internal guidelines while managing client expectations.

Requirements



Bachelor's degree in Business, Commerce, Finance, or a related field. 3-6 years of sales/relationship management experience in trading platforms, financial services, banking, or investment sales. Strong background in sales target achievement with quantifiable results. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to explain complex financial products in a clear and persuasive manner. Self-driven, motivated, and target-oriented professional. Strong understanding of financial markets and client management will be an added advantage.

Targets & Performance Expectations



Achieve a minimum of 10-15 new client acquisitions per month. Ensure 80%+ client retention through relationship-building. Maintain high conversion rates from leads to paying clients.
