Job Description

Responsibilities:



Answer incoming phone calls in a timely and efficient manner. Schedule and coordinate appointments in the practice management system for patients and clinical staff. Provide information, directions, and assistance to physicians, patients, their families, and vendors. Collaborate with the healthcare team to support patient care needs. Demonstrate professionalism, enthusiasm, competence, and friendliness in all interactions. Maintain exceptional attention to detail, accuracy, and timeliness. Effectively manage multiple tasks and prioritize work. Utilize strong communication skills, both verbal and written. Employ problem-solving skills to resolve issues and provide creative solutions. Show empathy and a strong customer service orientation. Be willing to work night shift (9:30 pm to 6:30 AM) from our office at Elippode, Trivandrum.

Qualification :



Bachelor's degree 1-5 years experience in international voice processing. Excellent English communication skills (American accent is preferred) Willing to work night shift (9:30 PM to 6:30 AM) from our office at elippode, Trivandrum

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
