Role Overview
This is an
in-person role based in our Hyderabad office
, focused exclusively on
online sales and client relationship building
.
You will engage with customers across WhatsApp, phone/video calls, and email to guide them through jewelry selections, customizations, and purchases.
The ideal candidate has a
warm communication style
, strong product understanding, confidence in explaining value and quality, a natural ability to build trust with high-value clients, and is
comfortable using digital tools to track leads, follow-ups, and client communication
with clients (especially in US time zones when required).
Understand customer preferences and guide them toward jewelry options that fit their style and needs.
Clearly explain craftsmanship, metal purity, stone quality, weight, pricing, and customization options.
Relationship Building
Build long-term, relationship-driven rapport -- especially with NRI and luxury clientele.
Proactively follow up with inquiries and nurture repeat buyers and referral relationships.
Coordination, CRM & Documentation
Track client conversations, inquiries, and sales progress using
CRM or lead-tracking tools
.
Maintain organized records of quotations, selections, confirmations, and delivery status.
Coordinate with internal cataloging, production, and dispatch teams when required.
Qualifications
Experience in
fine jewelry sales
, luxury retail, hospitality, or high-touch client consulting is highly preferred.
Fluent spoken English
with polished communication etiquette.
Confident and comfortable speaking with
international clients
, especially across U.S. time zones.
Understanding of jewelry terminology (Polki, Victorian, diamond clarity, emerald beads, etc.) -- or willingness to learn quickly.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM systems, digital lead management, WhatsApp, video calls, and task/work management tools.
Warm, persuasive, and relationship-first personality with
natural sales intuition
