The Client Relations Officer is responsible for maintaining and strengthening relationships with existing clients, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring overall customer satisfaction. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, handling client communication, managing service requests, and ensuring timely issue resolution to enhance customer retention and business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries, complaints, or support needs.
Understand client requirements and coordinate with internal departments for service delivery.
Maintain client interaction records, reports, and documentation.
Provide regular updates to clients regarding product/service enhancements.
Support sales team with upselling and cross-selling opportunities where applicable.

Ability to manage multiple clients and tasks simultaneously

Qualifications:
Graduate in any discipline (Business / Marketing preferred)
Experience in client servicing, customer success, telecommunication, IT solutions, or corporate sales preferred
