We're looking for a proactive and detail-oriented professional to manage our affiliate on boarding process and nurture client relationships. This role bridges communication between clients, affiliates, and internal teams--ensuring seamless on boarding, smooth coordination, and strong long-term partnerships.
Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end client relationships, from on boarding to campaign scaling and renewal.
Partner with affiliates to optimize campaign performance and maintain high-quality traffic.
Work closely with internal performance, sales, and tech teams to ensure flawless execution.
Develop data-driven reports, insights, and recommendations for client growth.
Negotiate pay-outs, terms, and new partnership opportunities.
Maintain strong communication to ensure transparency and trust.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
2-4 years of experience in client servicing, affiliate marketing, or account management.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and basic affiliate tracking platforms.
A proactive attitude with the ability to multitask and work under deadlines.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities.
