Job Summary:
We are looking for a well-rounded, mature, and result-oriented professional to lead business development and client relationship activities for our healthcare division. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing patient engagement, driving revenue growth, expanding our client base, and mentoring the marketing team to achieve excellence in service delivery.
Meet clients, corporate partners, and referring doctors on a regular basis to build and sustain strong relationships.
Maintain a detailed and updated client database, ensuring personalized communication and follow-ups.
Greet clients and their families on special occasions such as birthdays and anniversaries to nurture trust and long-term loyalty.
Ensure client satisfaction through consistent service quality and prompt issue resolution.
Business Growth & Market Development
Strategically identify and acquire new clients and institutional partnerships every month.
Study healthcare market trends, patient preferences, and competitor activities to identify new opportunities for growth.
Develop and execute business expansion plans to achieve monthly and annual revenue targets.
Promote healthcare awareness programs, screenings, and wellness initiatives to build brand visibility.
Team Leadership & Training
Review the performance of marketing and front-desk employees to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Conduct regular training sessions for new and existing staff on patient communication, service standards, and healthcare ethics.
Motivate and guide the team to deliver exceptional client experiences and meet business objectives.
Reporting & Strategy
Maintain accurate records of client visits, lead conversions, and business performance.
Prepare monthly business and performance reports for review with the Managing Director.
Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement in client acquisition and retention strategies.
Qualifications & Requirements:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Healthcare Management.
Minimum 5 years of experience in business development or client relations, preferably in the healthcare sector.
Proven track record in achieving growth targets and managing client relationships effectively.
Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently with a proactive, empathetic, and service-oriented approach.
