Overview:


We are seeking an experienced Brand & Client Relations Manager to build strong corporate client relationships, ensure consistent brand presence, and drive impactful event experiences. The role requires strong expertise in corporate events, branding, communication strategy, and client servicing.

Key Responsibilities



Client Relationship Management



Primary point of contact for key corporate clients. Build long-term strategic relationships and understand client needs.

Brand Strategy & Communication



Ensure consistent brand messaging across proposals, presentations, and events. Work with marketing teams on brand stories, case studies, and communication plans.

Event Strategy & Consultation



Collaborate with BD & Production teams to convert client requirements into event concepts. Contribute to strategies for conferences, launches, MICE, vendor meets, and corporate celebrations.

Account Growth & Revenue



Identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Support BD in client pitches and onboarding. Track account performance, profitability, and renewals.

Cross-Functional Collaboration



Work closely with BD, Client Servicing, Design, Production & Digital Marketing teams. Ensure smooth communication and alignment with client expectations.

Market Research & Reporting



Track industry trends and competitor insights. Maintain detailed reports, documentation, and client communication records.

Event Presence



Represent the company at key corporate events. Ensure smooth execution and brand consistency across touchpoints.

Skills & Competencies



Strong communication & interpersonal skills Deep understanding of branding, corporate communication & events Creative problem-solving and strategic thinking Ability to manage multiple client accounts Strong presentation & negotiation skills

Qualifications



Bachelor's/Master's in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, Business Administration, or similar Min. 3 years in client servicing, brand management, or corporate events Experience working with large corporate clients preferred

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹1,000,000.00 per year
