Key Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients.
Understand project requirements and relay them accurately to internal teams.
Coordinate with project managers and developers to ensure timely delivery.
Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to clients.
Identify opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and project value.
Handle escalations and resolve client issues with a solution-oriented approach.
Maintain CRM data, feedback, and performance reports.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in
client management, account management, or project coordination
, ideally within the
IT / software / SaaS
domain.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) is a plus.
Familiarity with tools like Slack, Asana, Jira, or Trello preferred.
