Key Responsibilities:
Proven Experience in Client Relationship Management.
Develop a deep understanding of company products and services to better assist clients.
Build, maintain and strengthen long term relationship with Clients.
Serve as Primary Point of contact for Client Enquiries, issues and feedback.
Must Have Skills :
A graduate commerce background is a plus
1-5 year of experience
Strong Client Coordination Skills
Basic knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets
Good communication and interpersonal skills
