Own high-impact campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads end-to-end. This is a client-facing role, you'll handle queries, lead meetings, and be the day-to-day owner for the accounts you manage.
What you'll do
Plan, launch, and scale paid campaigns across Meta & Google to hit CAC/ROAS goals.
Continuously optimize bids, budgets, keywords/audiences, and creatives for efficiency & ROI.
Lead Daily/Weekly/Monthly reviews and planning sessions with clients; translate business goals into media plans.
Run structured A/B tests (ads, landing pages, audiences) and document learnings.
Set up accurate tracking, monitor pacing, and prevent delivery issues.
Build clear performance reports with insights and next steps; present results confidently.
Collaborate with design/content to brief and iterate on compelling ad creatives.
Stay current on platform updates and new betas; propose experiments proactively.
What you'll bring
Proven experience managing Meta Ads & Google Ads campaigns at scale.
Excellent communication and client management skills; comfortable leading calls & meetings.
Hands-on expertise with A/B testing, ad copy optimization, and funnel/landing page thinking.
Strong analytical skills (Excel/Sheets); data-driven decision-making.
Ownership mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple accounts.
Nice to have
Experience with LinkedIn Ads/YouTube Ads.
Familiarity with marketing automation/CRM
Certification(s) in Google Ads/Analytics or Meta Blueprint.

Hitting agreed ROAS/CAC targets on managed accounts.
