Job Description

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented

Business Support Executive

to provide administrative, sales, and operational support to ensure smooth business processes. The ideal candidate should have strong communication skills, the ability to multitask, and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:



Handle client queries through calls, emails, and chats in a professional manner. Support the sales team with lead generation, follow-ups, and scheduling meetings. Assist in preparing business reports, presentations, and documentation. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and update databases/CRM. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow. Manage day-to-day administrative tasks to support business operations. Identify and escalate issues to the relevant department for quick resolution. Build and maintain positive client relationships.

Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM tools. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Comfortable working in fast-paced and target-driven environments.

Pay: ₹10,400.39 - ₹24,357.71 per month
