The ideal candidate will play a key role in maintaining and enhancing our client relationships
by ensuring effective communication, accurate requirement collection, thorough
documentation, and seamless coordination with various internal teams.
Responsibilities :
Client Communication :
Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing inquiries, providing
updates, and ensuring their needs are met.
Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships by understanding
their requirements and expectations.
Requirement Collection :
Gather and document client requirements through meetings, emails, and other
communication channels.
Ensure that all requirements are clear, detailed, and aligned with the project
goals.
Documentation :
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including
requirement specifications, meeting notes, and status reports.

Ensure that all documentation is up-to-date and easily accessible to relevant
team members.
Client Updates :
Regularly update clients on project status, milestones, and any changes or
issues that may arise.
Ensure timely and transparent communication to keep clients informed and
engaged.
Coordination with Project Coordinators :
Work closely with project coordinators to ensure that client requirements are
accurately translated into project plans and timelines.
Assist in tracking project progress and identifying potential issues or delays.
Coordination with Production Team :
Collaborate with the production team to ensure that client requirements are
clearly communicated and understood.
Facilitate feedback sessions between clients and the team to ensure the final
output meets client expectations.
Coordination with Media Team :
Liaise with the media team to coordinate the production and delivery of media
content as per client specifications.
Ensure that media deliverables align with the overall project objectives and
client requirements.
Skills :
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational and time-management skills.
Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Detail-oriented with a proactive approach to problem-solving.
Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent personal and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications :
Degree in Business Administration, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
Familiarity with project management tools and software is a plus.
