Job Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Senior Executive for Client Relations & Customer Support to maintain and improve customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in addressing client inquiries, ensuring timely issue resolution, and fostering long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities:


Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns.


Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues to ensure satisfaction.


Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.


Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.


Collect and report feedback to senior management to improve client experience.


Monitor customer satisfaction levels and suggest improvements.


Assist in the development of client retention strategies.

Required Qualifications and Skills:


2 years of experience in client relations or customer support.


Strong communication and interpersonal skills.


Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.


Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.

Technical Skills:


Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.

Soft Skills:


Excellent relationship-building skills and a customer-centric attitude.
