We are seeking a dedicated Senior Executive for Client Relations & Customer Support to maintain and improve customer satisfaction. You will play a key role in addressing client inquiries, ensuring timely issue resolution, and fostering long-term relationships. Key Responsibilities:
? Serve as the primary point of contact for client queries and concerns.
? Provide timely and effective solutions to customer issues to ensure satisfaction.
? Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients.
? Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
? Collect and report feedback to senior management to improve client experience.
? Monitor customer satisfaction levels and suggest improvements.
? Assist in the development of client retention strategies.
Required Qualifications and Skills:
? 2 years of experience in client relations or customer support.
? Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
? Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
? Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously.
Technical Skills:
? Proficiency with CRM software and MS Office.
Soft Skills:
? Excellent relationship-building skills and a customer-centric attitude.
