About the Role



We are seeking a dynamic, confident, and detail-oriented female professional with 2-4 years of experience in client servicing, operations, or corporate sales to join our team as a

Client Relations & Corporate Gifting Associate.

This role is key to managing end-to-end corporate gifting engagements -- from client acquisition to execution and delivery. The ideal candidate will bring a polished presence, excellent communication, and strong coordination skills to drive a delightful and seamless gifting experience for our corporate clients.

Key Responsibilities



Client Engagement & Account Handling



Serve as the primary point of contact for all corporate gifting inquiries. Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships through timely follow-ups and service excellence. Schedule and attend client meetings, understand gifting requirements, and prepare customized proposals. Maintain post-delivery client engagement for feedback, retention, and repeat business.

Sales Support & Custom Proposal Creation



Draft and present tailored gifting proposals with curated product selections, pricing, and branding options. Support senior leadership during client meetings and presentations. Track leads, manage inquiry pipelines, and ensure smooth client onboarding.

Operations & Fulfilment Management



Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and logistics partners for production, packaging, and on-time delivery of gifting orders. Ensure quality control, order accuracy, and timely fulfillment. Maintain internal trackers, client databases, and generate periodic MIS reports.

Marketing & Branding Support



Assist in developing gifting catalogues, seasonal offerings, and branding collaterals. Ensure brand consistency across client touchpoints (email, brochures, presentations, packaging). Work with the marketing team on outreach campaigns, festive promotions, and B2B lead generation activities.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field. 2-4 years of experience in corporate client servicing, event coordination, or sales support. Experience in the gifting industry or luxury product segment is a strong advantage.

Required Skills



Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English & Hindi; Marathi is a plus). Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint and Excel), Canva, and familiarity with AI-based productivity tools. Strong project management, multitasking, and organizational abilities. Creative eye for gifting presentation, packaging, and visual merchandising. Professional demeanor and confidence in dealing with high-profile clients.

Salary



?3,60,000 - ?6,00,000 per annum

(based on experience and skills)
