firm. The ideal candidate will support franchise operations, strengthen client engagement through data-driven insights, and manage the full customer relationship lifecycle. This role is critical in enhancing customer loyalty, improving internal sales efficiency, and expanding our network through proactive social and professional engagement.
Key ResponsibilitiesFranchise Support
Act as the primary point of contact for franchise partners, ensuring smooth communication, operational support, and timely issue resolution.
Collaborate with franchise teams to align CRM initiatives with local strategies and business needs.
Data Insights & CRM Management
Build and maintain a comprehensive client data repository to enable personalized engagement.
Use CRM tools to analyze customer behavior and generate insights for client retention and loyalty.
Prepare regular reports on customer engagement, retention rates, and feedback.
Sales Forecasting & Reporting
Assist in forecasting sales and revenue projections using CRM and market analytics.
Track and report lead conversions, sales pipeline movement, and performance metrics.
Lead Management & Process Efficiency
Own the lead management cycle from acquisition to conversion with accurate tracking and follow-ups.
Help streamline sales processes and create tools, scripts, and systems to improve sales productivity.
Customer Experience & Journey Tracking
Map customer journeys to identify gaps, pain points, and improvement opportunities.
Collect and act on customer feedback to enhance overall client satisfaction.
Team Building & Collaboration
Work closely with sales, marketing, compliance, and operations to ensure seamless customer experiences.
Identify, onboard, and train freelancers or sales executives, ensuring they align with company values.
Networking & Social Media Engagement
Attend local business networking events to enhance brand visibility and build client relationships.
Actively engage on LinkedIn by sharing company content, interacting with prospects, and strengthening the professional network.
