Your Role: What You'll Do?
Client Relationship Management
Be the first point of contact for homeowners and association board members.
Build and maintain professional relationships by understanding client needs and providing effective solutions.
Represent PropVIVO with confidence and empathy, ensuring every client feels valued and supported. Application Assistance & Portfolio Support
Help clients navigate and make the most of our HOA Management Portal.
Track community compliance, finances, and maintenance requests.
Support Property Managers with timely updates and insights to strengthen client interactions. Community & Board Engagement
Prepare reports, presentations, and action summaries for board meetings.
Work with community members to address issues, resolve concerns, and ensure a positive living experience.
Operational & Vendor Coordination
Coordinate with vendors for community requirements and evaluate proposals.
Assist in inspections, compliance documentation, and approval processes.
Maintain clear documentation and communication across all stakeholders.
Who You Are We welcome candidates from all educational backgrounds who have a passion for people and problem-solving.
Key Skills:
Proficient in MS Excel, web applications, and CRM tools.
Strong English communication skills -- both written and verbal.
Sharp attention to detail with a structured and analytical mindset.
Comfortable working night shifts (US business hours).
