Role OverviewWe are looking for a passionate and enthusiastic MBA Marketing Specialist (CRM) to join our team. This role is perfect for fresh graduates who want hands-on exposure to marketing, CRM tools, digital campaigns, and customer engagement. Key ResponsibilitiesManage and maintain customer databases using CRM tools.Support marketing campaigns via email, WhatsApp, and digital platforms.Coordinate with sales and operations teams for smooth communication.Analyze customer data to improve engagement and retention.Prepare reports on marketing campaign performance.Contribute creative ideas to enhance customer experience.RequirementsMBA in Marketing or related field (Freshers welcome).Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Good personality, polished behavior, and professional presentation.Basic understanding of CRM or digital marketing tools.Strong analytical mindset and coordination skills.Willingness to work from office (Hyderabad).
