Role Overview

This is a dual-role position for a highly driven and polished professional. You will be responsible for

managing client relationships with excellence

The ideal candidate is a

female professional

with exceptional communication skills in

both English and Hindi

, strong interpersonal abilities, and a flair for social media storytelling.

Key ResponsibilitiesClient Relationship Management (70%)

Act as the

primary point of contact

for key clients, ensuring smooth communication and high satisfaction. Build, nurture, and strengthen long-term relationships with clients. Understand client needs, provide solutions, and ensure timely delivery of services. Coordinate between internal teams and clients to guarantee project success. Proactively resolve issues with professionalism and empathy. Maintain client records, follow-ups, and reporting using CRM tools.

Qualifications & Skills

Mandatory

Female candidate with excellent command of

English and Hindi (spoken & written)

. Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field. Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and problem-solving skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities. High emotional intelligence, patience, and professionalism in client interactions.

Preferred (Good to Have)

Experience with

CRM tools

(HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce, etc.). Knowledge of social media tools (Hootsuite, Buffer, Meta Business Suite, Canva). Ability to create basic content (visuals/captions) when required. Prior experience in

agency, consulting, or service-driven industries
