Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing queries and concerns promptly.
Assist in onboarding new clients and explaining CARE LABS' testing and compliance services.
Maintain regular communication to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Documentation & Compliance Coordination
Support clients in understanding NABL, ISO/IEC 17025, BIS, AOAC, USEPA, FAO, and FSSAI requirements relevant to their testing needs.
Coordinate with the Quality Manager and technical teams to ensure accurate documentation and timely delivery of reports.
Track client requests using dashboards, trackers, and QR-coded forms for transparency.
Business Development Support
Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling CARE LABS' services.
Assist in preparing proposals, quotations, and presentations for prospective clients.
Collect and analyze client feedback to improve service offerings.
Team Collaboration
Work closely with laboratory, compliance, and audit-prep teams to align client expectations with operational capabilities.
Share client insights to help refine SOPs, checklists, and service workflows
Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate degree (preferably in Life Sciences, Chemistry, or Business Administration).
Strong communication skills in English and Telugu.
Basic understanding of laboratory testing processes and regulatory standards.
Ability to manage multiple client accounts with attention to detail.
Proficiency in MS Office, CRM tools, and digital dashboards(Speed & accuracy)
