We are seeking a dedicated Client Relation Executive to manage client communication and ensure a smooth coordination process. The selected candidate will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound client calls, scheduling appointments, and conducting regular follow-ups to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle client calls professionally and courteously
Coordinate and confirm client appointments
Conduct follow-ups with clients as required
Maintain accurate records of client interactions
Ensure timely communication between clients and internal teams
Training & Support:
Comprehensive telephone etiquette training will be provided
Product and service training will be provided
Lead data will be provided by the company
Company Support:
Official mobile phone, SIM card, and laptop will be provided
Eligibility & Skills:
Good communication skills
Basic computer knowledge
Willingness to learn and adapt
Customer-focused attitude

Both freshers and candidates with relevant experience can apply.
