Client Registration Specialist

Location:

Padivattom, Edapally

Degree Mandatory

Fluent in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

0-2 years in Client Relationship roles in Banking, Financial Services, and Insurance.

Salary Range:

?20,000 to ?25,000 per month

Grievance Handling:

Address client complaints and grievances promptly and effectively.
Implement solutions to resolve issues, ensuring client satisfaction and maintaining positive relationships.

Capital Market / Stock Market Knowledge:

Possess a deep understanding of capital markets or stock markets and other investment products.Provide clients with information and guidance on stock market options, leveraging 1-2 years of experience.Stay updated on market trends and investment strategies.

Depository Settlement Activity:

Manage and execute depository settlement activities accurately and efficiently.Ensure all settlements are completed within regulatory timelines and compliance requirements.

Delivery Instruction Slip (DIS) Execution:

Execute Delivery Instruction Slips (DIS) with precision and ensure proper documentation.Verify client instructions and process transactions in a timely manner.

Demat Dematerialisation:

Handle dematerialisation requests, ensuring accurate processing and record-keeping.
Assist clients in the dematerialisation of their physical shares into electronic format.

Communication Skills:

Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.Conduct client presentations and effectively communicate complex financial concepts in a clear and understandable manner.Assist clients in completing necessary documentation and forms.

Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.Uphold company values and adhere to compliance standards and regulations.

Additional Note:This role does not involve sales targets or high-pressure sales environments. We prioritize a client-focused and consultative approach.

Requirements

0-2 years of experience in client relationship management

Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field.

Fluent in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Knowledge of Capital Market / Stock Market Knowledge and broader financial markets.
Pleasant demeanor and the ability to create a positive client experience.
