Client Registration Associate

Degree Mandatory

Fluent in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Experience:

0-1 years in Client Relationship roles in Banking, Financial Services or Insurance.

Salary Range:

?20,000 to ?25,000

per month

Requirements :

0-1 years of experience in client relationship management Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field. Fluent in English, with strong communication and interpersonal skills. Knowledge of Capital Market / Stock Market Knowledge and broader financial markets. Pleasant demeanor and the ability to create a positive client experience.

Responsibilities :

Address client complaints and grievances promptly and effectively. Manage and execute depository settlement activities accurately and efficiently. Execute Delivery Instruction Slips (DIS) with precision and ensure proper documentation. Handle dematerialisation requests, ensuring accurate processing and record-keeping. Demonstrate excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Maintain a high level of professionalism and confidentiality in all client interactions.
