Job Description

Account Coordination & Reporting



Assist US Account Managers in preparing client presentations, quarterly business reviews, and renewal decks. Track and report key account health metrics (usage, SLA adherence, satisfaction). Maintain detailed documentation of client interactions, escalations, and performance benchmarks in CRM systems.

What You Have



Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Engineering, or related field. 2-4 years of experience in account management, client success, or business analysis (preferably supporting US clients). Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in SQL (mandatory). Advanced Excel/Google Sheets and familiarity with BI/reporting tools (Tableau, Power BI, Retool, etc.). Strong communication skills (written & verbal) in English. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and adapt to client needs across time zones.

Preferred



Experience in SaaS, healthcare, RCM, or technology-driven services. Prior exposure to US-based clients or international markets. Ability to simplify complex data findings for non-technical stakeholders.
